Johnny Buscema Jr. serves as the President and CEO of S.A.F.E. Structure Designs, a Christian-based global defense contractor renowned for its ergonomic and safety-first equipment tailored for the U.S. Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Air Force, Space Force, Coast Guard, and Special Ops. Founded in 2016 in Las Vegas, Nevada, he has guided S.A.F.E. to a prominent position as a leading defense contractor in the U.S., specializing in the design, engineering, and manufacturing of customizable solutions to meet military specifications.

The extensive product line of S.A.F.E. serves various military applications across air, land, sea, and space. His early career in financial investing, which began in 2001 at one of the largest financial services firms in the U.S., John Hancock, provided him with the expertise necessary to effectively manage cash flow, reduce costs, negotiate with creditors, and restructure company debt.

Following his financial success, Johnny leveraged his deep understanding of financial investments and his family's background in real estate construction to open his own company, Stylistic Designs Developers, in 2005. This Clearwater, FL-based general contracting firm specializes in residential, commercial, and medical facility construction and is known for its thriving business and ethical construction management.

Early Life and Career

Born in Long Island, NY, and raised in Florida, Johnny pursued higher education at the University of Florida, where he distinguished himself as a Gator alumnus and a dedicated collegiate athlete. As a men’s track and field team member, he was an outstanding hurdler focused on an Olympic career, having qualified for the 110M High Hurdles at the Olympic Trials. Unfortunately, an injury just two weeks before the trials ended his Olympic aspirations. Despite this setback, he has continued to support the sport by coaching track and field at various middle and high schools in Florida, Nevada, and Illinois. His financial career began rapidly when he joined John Hancock Financial Services as a Financial and Investment Advisor. He eventually became one of the youngest executives to open a New Port Richey, FL, satellite branch.

In 2010, after transferring his partnership interests from his real estate venture to his father and a former university teammate, Johnny focused his expertise on All Metal MS, propelling the company into a leading position in the safety equipment sector.
